Learning online offers many advantages besides freedom of time and place. eLearning is visual, engaging and media rich. It gives teachers the ability to offer students a more personalized learning experience in the classroom. It allows students the opportunity to learn at their unique pace, and to collaborate with others in a safe, diverse community.
Moodle is an “open source” (non-profit) eLearning platform which is developed by the very people who use it … educators. It is straight-forward for learners to use, with unlimited possibilities for design and engagement. It is the preferred CMS for k-12 as well as many post secondary institutions.
